Savvy investors are familiar with the fundamentals of investing their money, such as putting their money in companies they know something about, or understanding the return on their investment, and doing their financial due diligence. But, I do find it somewhat perplexing the length that many African American investors will go to put their money into the general market place, with no attention given to the opportunities right in their own communities.
